Hey fit sister- get it together!

Well, as per usual, I haven’t been writing as much as I should. I haven’t been on my “fit game” lately either. I have gained back all of the weight that I had lost over the past few months. I just finished my first semester of nursing school and while it has been an amazing time it has also been very busy and stressful. I am on summer break and am vowing to make the most out of it fitness wise. I signed up for a program this morning called camp gladiator (an outdoor fitness group) and I hope that this is the change I’m needing to jump back in. I will be tracking all of my meals and am challenging myself to 30 days of fitness related posts on my instagram (@workinprogresskat). I also want to write more blog posts to keep myself accountable/ keep you all updated with my progress. My first goal is to get under 200. Right now I am 217. I don’t want to put a time limit on how fast I  lose the weight, but I would like it to be in the next 2 months or so. Ultimately, I would like to be down ~30lbs by the time I start school at the end of August. Wish me luck! I will keep you all posted!
